The following list includes the required documents for enrollment with Clarkston Co-op Preschool. Please download, print and complete all forms prior to the
first day of school. In order to save a spot for your child you must complete only the registration form and include a non-refundable deposit of $50, provided there are spaces available in the class
you are requesting. Please contact the current school represenative listed at the bottom of the page for reserving your spot and answering any additonal enrollment questions you may have.
